Each membership works out to a per-visit price (monthly × 12 ÷ 42 visits). A quarter of that goes straight to the teen on the job. The rest covers the adult lead, fuel, equipment, insurance and keeps the lights on.
A typical after-school run is 4–6 yards in about 3 hours, so roughly $54–$81 — about $18–$27 an hour. Paid every two weeks; payroll taxes handled by us.

Never alone
Every teen works next to a trained adult crew lead, in their own neighborhood.
Gear on, always
Safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, closed shoes and a hi-vis vest, provided free.
Florida heat rules
Water and shade breaks every 30–45 minutes; we pause work on heat-advisory days.
Right tools by age
14–15: blowers, trimmers, edging, bagging. 16+: push mowers after sign-off. No riding mowers or chemicals under 18.
School comes first
Hours follow Florida child labor law: ages 14–15 max 3 hrs on school days, never past 7pm (9pm in summer).
