Riverview, Florida · only
One flat monthly price covers mowing, hedges, mulch and palm trims all year. The more homes on your street that join, the less everyone pays.

42
mows a year, one flat bill
Pay the same each month in January as in July. No surprise charges for mulch or hedges.
Once 15 homes in your community join, everyone gets 8% off. 40 homes: 12%. 75: 15%.
Dense routes mean one crew knows your street, your gate code and your HOA rules.

The honest comparison
Most outside landscapers drive in from across the county. Their fuel, highway time and empty miles get baked into a $60+ per-cut price — then edging, hedges and weeds get billed on top. We stay inside your neighborhood, so you get more for less, every month.
| Typical outside company | Trim Team membership | |
|---|---|---|
| Price per visit | $60–$75+ per cut, plus extras | One flat monthly price, all year |
| Your bill | Jumps in summer, surprise add-ons | Same amount every month — easy to budget |
| What's included | Mow & blow; edging, hedges, weeds cost extra | Mow, edge, trim, blow, hedges, weeds, seasonal care |
| Travel | Crews driving in from Tampa, Brandon & beyond — you pay for it | Crews already on your street, yard to yard |
| Schedule | Whenever traffic and their route allows | Your neighborhood's set route day |

No mystery markup. Most of it pays the neighbors who cut your grass. About a sixth keeps the business alive — fair, not greedy.
Estimated monthly split per home. Route density lowers fuel and drive time — that's why your price drops as more neighbors join.

Teen jobs · ages 14–17
Paid work on their own streets, always next to a trained adult lead. After school and Saturday mornings, never on school nights past 7.
Neighbors, not strangers
We hire locally in your neighborhood — adults looking for steady work and teens 14+ wanting their first real job. Every youth works alongside a trained lead, learns equipment safety, and gets paid fairly per yard. Money you spend here stays here.
Money
Funds safety gear, training and paid first jobs for local teens.
Equipment
Used mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools — we'll service them.
A golf cart
Lets youth crews move yard to yard inside the neighborhood, no car needed.
The neighborhood fund
Every dollar and every donated mower stays in the neighborhood: paying teens for first jobs, feeding crews after hot Saturdays, throwing block parties — and checking on the neighbors who live alone.
Elder check-ins
Our crews already pass every house weekly. We knock, roll the cans to the curb, notice the broken sprinkler, and make sure our older neighbors have what they need. Relationships first, lawns second.
